摘要本文建立了水平降膜吸收器内的水蒸气吸收单管模型。采用Nusselt溶液方程计算了液膜厚度和速度,利用质量平衡和能量平衡关系构建了传热和传质方程,并根据热质耦合的关系将传热方程与传质方程联系起来,最终建立了溴化锂水溶液水平降膜的稳态吸收数学模型。为了验证该模型的正确性,我们搭建了目前国内最大的吸收式换热系统性能实验台,该实验台采用模块化的设计理念,可用于测量新结构的传热和传质系数等用途。经过对比理论计算结果和实验结果发现两者传热系数与传质系数的误差在6%以内。此模型的建立将为指导机组设计和理论研究提供了重要的依据。

Study on the absorption model in horizontal falling film absorption heat pump

Abstract An absorption model was established for the horizontal falling film Nusselt solution for film thickness and velocity distribution was applied,and the mass and energy conservation were used to build the heat and mass transfer ,heat and mass transfer equations were joined by reciprocity of each absorption model was order to justify this model,the largest absorption system performance experiment bench in China was built. The results pared to experimental values and showed fair agreement with an average absolute deviation of 6%.This model will play an important
