口译作为一个专业化极高的职业，在我国对外交流、吸引外国先进智力等各方面都
起着越来越重要的作用，同时吸引着越来越多的人才从事这个行业。口译包括日常陪同
（联络）口译、交替传译及同声传译等。本实****报告源自笔者担任法国专家咨询协会
（ECTI）代表赴河北考察洽谈项目的口译经验与学****心得。
本报告从口译的角度对此项目做了总结和分析。报告分为五个部分。第一部分概述
了本项目的背景、内容；第二部分就项目翻译的前期准备进行了总结；第三部分具体总
结和描述了翻译的整个过程，包括翻译进度的控制、翻译质量的控制以及突发事件的处
理。第四部分是项目翻译的评估，包括客户的反馈和译员的自我评价；最后一部分是译
后总结，包括此次翻译过程中出现的问题及解决方法、尚未解决的问题、从本项目中得
到的启发等。

Abstract
As a high specialized career, interpreting plays a more and more important role in our
country’s foreign exchange and attracting foreign advanced intelligence. In the mean time, a
lot of talents choose interpreting as their career. Interpreting includes liaison interpreting,
consecutive interpreting, and simultaneous interpreting. This report is written according to the
project of ECTI delegate’s investigation in Hebei. The author was the interpreter of this
project.
This report summarizes and analyzes the project from the point of interpreting. It can be
divided into five parts. The first part introduces the background and contents of this project.
The second part summarizes the advance preparation before interpreting of the project. In the
third part of this report, the author summarizes and describes the progress of interpreting in
this project, includes how to control the schedule of interpreting, how to control the quality of
interpreting, how to deal with emergencies. The fourth part comprehensively evaluates the
author’s interpreting and other behaviors, including the evaluation from client, and
self-assessment. The last part is the summary after the whole project, which includes
problems showed in interpreting and its solution, unresolved problems, and what the author
learned in this project.
