中学学生社团是当前和未来学校课外活动的重要组织形式，是校园文化的重
要载体，将为学校教育带来强大活力。本课题研究的目的在于通过对中学学生社
团发展的现状研究，寻找其存在的问题，并提出关于如何建设健康有益社团的意
见，规范其管理。
通过对查阅相关文献和对普陀区各个中学生社团进行问卷调查、个案分析，
笔者形成以下观点：要规范中学生社团的管理必须要重视学生在社团中的主体作
用；要发挥好教师在社团中的指导作用，要建立健全社团的规章制度并引导社团
成员严格遵守；活动内容注意与学校活动和学科学习相结合；要充分利用家长、
社区、社会的各种资源和力量。

The Study on the Management of Students’
Communities in Middle School
Abstract
Students’ communities are important organizational forms for extra-curricula
activities in middle school at present and in the future. They are also the carrier of
campus culture. They bring strong vitality to school education. The aim of this study
is to find out the problems by studying the current situation of the development of
students’ communities. The writer will put forward some useful ideas about how to
build up healthy and beneficial communities and how to regulate their management.
Through referring to related documents and literature, making surveys among the
students’ communities in Putuo District and analyzing the single cases, the writer reach
the following viewpoints. To regulate the management of the communities, we should
put the students’ initiatives into the first consideration. The students are the main part
of the communities and the teachers should work as good directors. Further more, we
should establish and improve the regulations and lead the members to observe them
strictly. The activities organized by communities can be related to those organized by
the school. We can also take full use of the strength from five parties, including parents,
local communities, social resource and unions from all quarters, etc.
