乡镇快递网点布局优化研究——以浙江长兴韵达快递为例

摘要：随着电子商务的迅猛发展，人民生活水平的进步，乡镇人民实现网上购物已不是幻想，但受地理位置，经济水平等因素的影响，乡镇快递的“最后一公里”问题尚未得到充分解决，阻碍着电子商务在乡镇的发展，给乡镇人民的生活也带来诸多不便。与此同时，在快递企业为抢占城市快递市场份额，而挤得焦头烂额之际，乡镇快递市场作为未充分开发的“黑土地”也吸引着各快递企业入驻。本文将分析国内乡镇快递营业网点的布局问题，结合乡镇快递的特征，以及影响乡镇快递营业网点布局的因素，以浙江省长兴县韵达快递的乡镇快递网点为例，通过实地调查收集相关数据，分析其存在的问题，并提出基于长兴县韵达快递乡镇快递网点布局的优化方案。
