文档介绍：摘要自1992年正式建立外交关系以来,韩中两国经济通商关系得到了迅猛的发展,到2004年中国跃升为了韩国的第一大贸易伙伴国。这具有重要的促进域内经济合作的意义。到2020年,中国将通过年约7%的高增长率实现发展成为经济大国,与中国签订FrA具有最先确保最大潜力的内需市场的意义。同时,鉴于中国近年来非常积极地促进VIA,以中国为桥头堡进军其他地区的可能性和随之而的经济利益也将很大。韩中FTA可以说是韩国为应对中国经济的快速跃升而采取与中国经济合作的主要手段。韩中VIA将消除两国双方的通商摩擦,抑制单方面保护贸易措施有利于稳定出口市场,也有助于为对海外市场依存度高的韩国经济持续增长提供动力。换句话说,通过韩中产业分工结构的高度化和提高对中投资的效率,有助于把中国经济的增长转化成为韩国经济增长的动力。韩中FTA一方面可以大力加强相互间经济利益,另一方面也会给带给两国部分领域的带来较大负面冲击。据分析韩中VIA将会给韩国农业领域和劳动密集型制造业造成最大打击,所以应客观挑选农业的敏感品目,减少劳动密集型制造品对中国的出口,转换成以高附加价值完成品为中心的对中出口结构。为了应对韩中ETA可能对韩国的消极影响,需要我们未雨绸缪,在ETA最终签订前慎重细致地做好调查研究工作,以相互关心的领域和意见分歧的领域等为中心选定合作议题,并需要通过深层次的研究努力找出双赢(win-win)的解决方案。关键词:韩国,中国,VIA,影响因素,经济利益 Abstract Sincethebuilding theforeign relationt,etweenChina and Korean at 1992, munication gottherapid development and became thebiggest trade objectcountry at isimportant meaning forimproving economic corporation ofal' turn intobig economic countrybyincreasing ratio with7%/ signingFTA(Free Trade Agreement)with China is important to朗塔u阳the biggestpotential inner necessaries , Chinaactivelyimproves theFTh,the functionofbridgehead andeconomic interest is veryobviously forentering other area.
