摘 要：通信控制系统可以充分利用计算机技术，实现自身的自动化。因此，笔者以基于计算机技术的通信自动化
控制系统的设计方法为研究重点，分析了通信自动化控制系统在功能和性能方面的设计要求，总结了当前国内通信自动
化控制系统的设计方式。通信自动化监控系统、网络系统、网络管理等方面的设计都是通信自动化控制系统的设计内容。
