Tari A,Kamiyasu T,Yonei Y,et K-B receptor in the regulation of gastric acid secretion inrat[J】.Dig Dis Sci,1997,42(9): 1901-1907. 空肠输注必需氨基酸对犬胰腺外分泌的影响夏建福, 余震, 张波, 胡礼【接要】目的观察空肠输注必需氨基酸对健康犬胰腺外分泌的影响,并初步探讨其激素机制。方法6只健康犬建立胰腺外分泌模型,同时行空肠、胃及膀胱造瘘,股静脉插管。模型制成24h后,隔日空肠输注必需氨基酸(实验组)和对照组,于输注前30min(T0)、输注后O-~30min(T1)、30~60min(T2)、60--- 90min(T3)、90~120min(T4)时间段分别收集胰液并测定胰液体积、胰液中淀粉酶、总蛋白和主要电解质浓度,同时检测输注前及后30、60、90、120min时点血浆胆囊收缩素(K)浓度。结果空肠输注苯丙氨酸或色氨酸后犬胰液量、胰淀粉酶及胰蛋白浓度较对照组显著升高(尸<),而各组之间主要电解质浓度差异不显著。与对照组比较,K浓度在30、 60min时点明显升高(尸<),K浓度在30min时点明显升高(P <)。苯丙氨酸组和色氨酸组胰液分泌量、K 浓度变化一致。结论空肠输注必需氨基酸一定程度上可改变胰液分泌,且以苯丙氨酸和色氨酸显著,K浓度刺激胰腺分泌有关。【关键词】必需氨基酸肠道营养胰腺外分泌胆囊收缩素犬 Effect ofjejunal essential amino acids perfusion on pancreat icexocrine secret ion indogs XIA Jianfu,YU Zhen,ZHANG Bo,et a1.
