文档介绍:第四届全国水力机械及其系统会议论文集螺旋槽干气密封端面流场性能参数分析 曹兴岩 俞树荣 丁雪兴 (兰州理工大学石油化工学院 兰州 730050) 摘要: 应用solidworks 软件对螺旋槽干气密封端面气膜厚度进行三维立体模型建模,并运用Gambit 软件对模型进行网格划分。在特定工况下,运用 Fluent 软件对五种模型进行数值计算,根据所得端面流场产生的动压效果和出口径向流速,确定使端面产生气膜推力(即开启力)和泄漏量同时达到最优时的气膜厚度;在确定的气膜厚度下,通过改变压力和转速研究不同压力和转速对端面泄漏量的影响。同时求出不同气膜厚度对应的压力分布和气膜推力,运用最小二乘法原理,得出开启力与气膜厚度的多项式,通过对气膜厚度进行求导,得出气膜刚度与气膜厚度的多项式;在此对气膜厚度为 、4μm、 、5μm、 进行数值计算,结果表明:当气膜厚度值在3-5μm 时,产生较好的动压效果和较小的径向出口流速, 并且当气膜厚度值取 时,使端面总体效果达到最好(产生动压效果最好,出口径向流速最小);当气膜厚度和压力确定时,泄漏量随着转速增加而增加,且成线性关系;当气膜厚度和转速确定时,泄漏量随着压力增加而增加,也成线性关系;同时,气膜刚度随着气膜厚度的增大而减小,为了使干气密封稳定的工作,端面气膜需要产生足够大的刚度。 关键字: 干气密封,三维CFD 数值模拟,泄漏量;气膜刚度,最小二乘法 中图分类号: Parameter Analysis of Flow Performance in Gas Film Stiffness of Spiral Grooves Dry Gas Seal CAO Xingyan YU Shur ong DING Xuexing (College of Petrochemical Engineering, Lanzhou University of Technology Lanzhou 730050 ) Abstract: Three-dimensional models of spiral groove dry gas seal with five different gas film thicknesses were built by Solidworks software, and all of these five models were meshed by Gambit software.
