甲、乙双方本着平等互利、诚实信用的原则，根据《中华人民共和国协议法》等法律、法规的规定，经充分协商，就乙方作为甲方“2008第九届音乐节”的合作伙伴，举办“音乐节美食文化广场”并负责相关的招商活动的有关事宜达成本协议如下条款内容，以资共同遵守。 
第一条 合作期限 
本次活动的合作期限为2008年5月1-4日，共计4天。  
第二条 合作费用及支付方式 
乙方向甲方支付8万元人民币作为甲方2008音乐节的品牌加盟及美食文化广场的招商授权费。本届音乐节结束之后5日内，乙方将8
