摘要 :政府投资项目在传统的 “自建制 ”项目管理模式下存在着很多弊端 , 为进一步提高政府 投资建设项目的建设管理水平和政府投资效益 , 应积极推进政府投资项目代建制工作。本文首 先对发达国家和地区的政府投资项目管理模式进行了对比 ,分析了现阶段代建制存在的问题 , 并
提出进一步完善代建制的建议。
Abstract: For long time, it has many irregularity in the traditional project management mode of government invested projects. To increase the project management level of government invested projects and the investment performance, government should positively push forward the work that government invested projects in construction agent system mode. First, The article carries on the contrast to the management pattern of the local government investment project's in developed country and region, then, analyzes the some existed problems nowadays in construction agent system mode. And put forward some thoughts which help to perfect construction agent system.
