肃南县卫生监督工作情况汇报
（二00九年九月二十九日）
各位领导：
    2009年，自治县卫生监督工作在市、县卫生局和市卫生监督所的正确领导下，以“十七大”精神为指导，以学****实践科学发展观活动为契机，坚持“为人民服务，在服务中监督”的执法理念，将经常性卫生监督与开展专项整治相结合，不断加大卫生监督执法力度，大力开展了以食品、职业卫生、传染病监督管理、医疗市场整顿、公共场所量化分级管理工作为重点的工作，保证了自治县各项工作的顺利开展，为自治县55庆和建国60周年大庆提供了坚强的食品安全保障，卫生监督工作得到了各级领导，社会各界和人民群众的充分肯定，现将有关工作开展情况汇报如下：
。全县辖6乡2镇，9个国有林牧场，101个行政村和3个社区居委会。。从事食品生产经营单位有535户、从业人员931人；县直医疗机构4家，乡镇中心卫生院及分院19家，村级卫生室29家，校医室2家；医药批发零售单位8家。公共场所共计42户，其中从业人员64人；共有各类工矿企业32家，其中接触粉尘、噪声、有害物质等职业病危害因素从业人员3700余人；全县各类学校10所，学生4870名。

一、积极开展深入学****实践科学发展观教育活动
根据肃南县卫生系统关于开展“深入学****实践科学发展观专项教育活动实施方案的具体要求，结合本单位实际，组织全所职工认真学****党的十七大、十七届三中全会精神、《科学发展观重要论述摘编》、卫生法律法规等基本知识。通过集中与自学相结合的形式开展学****教育活动，撰写学****体会20篇，使每位职工增强了服务意识，转变工作作风，提高办事效率和服务水平。
二、加强卫生法制建设，积极推进依法行政
