风险防范：
1、加强业务知识的学****br/>加强妇科内镜技术的培训,夯实基础,不断学****对内镜医师的选拔,实行严格的准入制度、督导制度和规范化的培训制度。重视基础训练,严格按照内镜手术分级培训的原则进行学****实践。
2、严格管理内镜相关手术器械与设备,并且保证设备、器械的良好工作状态
要有专人管理,清洗消毒,登记各个设备的使用状况,及时排查器械设备的工作隐患并修理。杜绝一次性手术器械的重复使用现象。
3、严格掌握内镜手术指征
术前充分评估患者的状态,排除手术禁忌证，内镜医师应该在充分评价自身技术水平和所需器械、设备完整性的基础上,对患者制定个体化的手术方案。特殊体质及合并症的患者术前在相关科室会诊基础上,共同讨论手术方式。
4、围手术期与患者的充分沟通
充分与患者沟通，评估患者的心理、身体状况。
