文档介绍:洛阳理工学院毕业设计(论文) I 新型环保型 PVA-DAS 地毯胶粘剂摘要将淀粉改性得到优异的双醛淀粉粉,代替甲醛与聚乙烯醇缩合反应,合成出全新无毒环保的聚乙烯醇- 双醛淀粉胶粘剂。介绍了双醛淀粉的制备原理及制备方法。采用正交优化法,探究了以小麦淀粉为原料,高碘酸钠为氧化剂,制备双醛淀粉时的最佳工艺条件。得到制备高双醛含量双醛淀粉最佳工艺条件反应温度为 40℃,反应时间为 4 小时,高碘酸钠浓度为 mol/L ,pH 值为 ,高碘酸钠与淀粉摩尔比为 : 1。讨论了双醛淀粉与聚乙烯醇的反应机理,并对二者反应的影响因素进行概括分析。采用正交优化法探究了 PVA-DAS 胶粘剂中,双醛淀粉与聚乙烯醇摩尔比、 pH 值、反应温度、反应时间对胶粘剂剥离度的影响。制备所得 PVA-DAS 胶粘剂经测试,性能优异,粘接强度高,成本低,符合绿色环保要求, 值得大力推广与应用。关键词: 地毯,双醛淀粉,正交法,聚乙烯醇,胶粘剂洛阳理工学院毕业设计(论文) II The Preparation of PVA-D AS Glue of Carept ABSTRACT The dialdehyde starch which has excellent property was prepared by modifying starch. We used dialdehyde starch to condense with PVA instead of formaldehyde and synthesized the new and nontoxic PVA- dialdehyde starch glue. The paper i ntroduced the Preparation of dialdehyde starch Principles and Preparation. Orthogonal optimization method used to explore the wheat starch as raw material, sodium periodate as oxidant to prepare dialdehyde starch at optimum conditions, which is that reaction temperature 40°C, reaction time 4 hours, reaction concentration of sodium periodate , pH 4 and ratio of sodium periodate to stareh :1. It d iscussed dialdehyde starch and the reaction mechanism of PVA and the impact of the two factors of response toa general analysis of. Orthogonal optimization method used to explore the PVA-DAS adhesive, dialdehyde starch and polyvinyl alcohol molar ratio, pH, reaction temperature, reaction time on the degree of adhesive peeling.
