免疫算法是抽取了生物免疫系统独有的自适应、自组织、多样性、免疫记忆等进
化学****机理形成的新信息处理技术，是计算智能领域继人工神经网络和进化计算之后
的又一个研究热点。
滤波器技术的发展到现在已有八十多年的历史，并且已经发展成为了一种相当完
善的信号处理技术。目前人们针对所存在的实际系统的问题，应用各种先进的优化算
法对经典滤波器进行的优化设计成为研究的重点，并取得了很多成果。特别是用免疫
算法设计滤波器的研究取得了很多成果，免疫算法强大的寻优能力使得它在滤波器设
计中的应用具有很好的研究前景，从而改善以往滤波技术，特别是经典滤波器设计中
存在的一些问题。
本论文从免疫算法研究的重要意义入手，阐述了生物免疫系统的基本原理，由此
引出免疫算法。阐述了一般免疫算法及几种免疫算法的流程，在研究了它们的基本特
性后，分析了线性自适应滤波器的基本原理、算法及设计方法，以及各参数对滤波器
性能的影响。文中将免疫算法应用到 LMS 自适应滤波器的优化设计中，应用 MATLAB
软件，对免疫算法在自适应陷波器和自适应谱线增强器中的应用进行了仿真研究，给
出了算法中关键参数μ的优化结果，取得了较好的效果。

Immune Algorithm and Its Applications in
Adaptive Filter
Abstract
Immune algorithm(IA) was an new technology of information processing, which
extracted from the characteristics of biological immune system, such as self-adaptation,
self-organization, diversity, immune memory, etc. It was a hotspot after article neural
network（ANN）and evolve calculation（EC）in the field of calculated intelligence.
The technology of filter has been eighty years’ history, and has developed quite
perfect signal technology. At present, because of some problems of factual system,
diversified optimized accounts are applied on optimized design of classical filters, and
become emphasis of research and acquire some fruit. Especially apply immune
algorithm(IA) to design filter acquire some fruit. The powerful optimization ability of
immune algorithm(IA) make it have all-righr research foreground in optimized design of
digital filter. The combination of them can improve filter’s technology and some problems
of designing of classical filters.
The thesis first introduces the important meaning in the s
