摘要
随着知识经济时代的到来,各企业对知识型员工的依赖性越来越强,知识型员工工作绩效及其对企业忠诚度的高低直接影响着企业的长期生存和长远发展。但近些年知识型员工忠诚度低下、频繁跳槽的现状成为困绕众多私营企业管理者的头等问题。问题的结症何在?应如何解决?本文从激励的基本概念出发,首先对各种激励理论及知识型员工的内涵及特征进行了较为详细的阐述,为寻求问题的根源及解决方法提供了一定的理论依据和思想基础。然后又详细分析了民营企业知识型员工的激励现状及存在问题,并较有针对性地探讨了私营企业知识型员工的激励方法。本文以齐齐哈尔安泰科技公司为例,简要分析了我国中小型企业目前在激励机制方面,特别是在企业知识型人员激励机制方面存在的问题,提出了一些适宜的解决方法,这将对完善我国中小型企业激励机制具有一定的积极意义。本文总共分为五个方面,首先介绍本文选题背景、研究意义及论文框架,第二部分对知识型员工激励理论进行阐述,介绍了什么是知识型员工以及其理论基础,第三部分对北京安泰公司的激励机制现状与问题分析,第四部分针对齐齐哈尔公司激励机制所存在的问题提出对策,最后对本文进行总结。本文对私营企业解决知识型员工激励问题不论在理论上还是实践上都具有重要的参考价值。

Abstract
With the era of knowledge ing, companies’ dependent on knowledge workers is growing, knowledge-based employee performance and loyalty to pany a direct impact on the level of long-term survival and long-term business development. But in recent years the knowledge-based employee loyalty is low, the status of changing jobs frequently plague many private sector managers to e first-class problem. What knot disease problems? Should be done? This paper the basic concept of incentive, the first and knowledge of various incentive-based theory of the meaning and characteristics of employees in a more detailed exposition of the search for root causes and solutions to provide certain the theoretical basis and ideological foundation. Then a detailed analysis of private enterprise knowledge worker status and problems of incentives, and more targeted the private knowledge of ways to motivate employees. This article takes Beijing Advanced Technology's case, a brief analysis of our current incentive mechanism for small and medium enterprises, particularly in the enterprise inspiring mechanism in terms of knowledge-based problems, made a number of appropriate solutions, which will improve our country in the small business incentives has a positive meaning.
