5 摘要：文章首先阐述了互联网领域的竞争研究现状，分析了现有研究的不足；其次，根据演
化博弈理论，针对当前互联网领域恶性竞争事件，结 合互联网呈现的特点，构建了互联网企
业演化博弈竞争关系模型，分 析了互联网企业竞争策略选择的动态演化过程。通过推理演化，
得出系统的最终走向受到初始状态和支付矩阵的影响，结果表明较高的机会收益和较低的竞
10 争损失是互联网企业选择不正当竞争策略的背后动因。

Abstract: This paper first reviewed the research in the field of Internet competition, and analyzed
20 the deficiency of existing research; secondly, based on evolutionary game, considering the
characteristics of Internet, established the model of competition between Internet organizations for
vicious competition emerging in internet filed, analysis dynamic evolution of competition strategy
