药品购进管理制度
1、为确保依法购进药品，保证药品质量，特制定本制度。
2、按照依法核定的诊疗范围制定药品目录和急救药品目录。
3、在采购药品时应选择合格供货方，对供货方的法定资格、履约能力、质量信誉等进行调查和评价，并建立合格供货方档案。
4、对供货单位的销售人员，进行合法资格的验证并做好记录。
5、药品采购应经质量管理员审核，审核所购入药品的质量及合法性。
6、采购药品应与供货单位签定采购合同，明确质量条款。
7、购进药品应具合法票据，做到票、账、物相符，票据和凭证应按规定保存至超过药品有效期一年，但不得少于三年。
8、购进药品应按规定建立完整的购进记录，购进记录应注明药品通用名称、剂型、规格、有效期、生产厂商、供货单位、购进数量、购货日期等项内容。
9、对首供企业应确认其合法资格，并做好记录。购进首用品种应进行药品质量审核，审核合格后方可购进。
10、购进进口药品要有加盖供货单位质管部门原印章的《进口药品注册证》或《医药产品注册证》和《进口药品检验报告书》或《进口药品通关单》复印件。
11、采购人员应及时了解药品的库存结构情况，合理购进药品，在保证满足需求的前提下，避免药品因积压、过期失效或滞用造成的损失。
12、质量管理员应会同相关部门按年度对进货情况进行质量评审，不断优化品种结构，提高药品使用质量。
