小学生行为****惯养成教育实施方案
一、指导思想
行为决定****惯****惯决定品质，品质决定命运。<br****惯不是一般的行为，是经过反复训练而养成的语言、行为、思维等生活方式，它是人头脑中所建立起来的一系列条件反射。从心理上说，行为一旦变成了****惯，就会成为人的一种需要。小学阶段是培养****惯的关键期，一二年级又是最佳期。由于我们学校短时间内学生人数迅猛增长，学校在学生行为****惯的培养上有所欠缺，工作力度不够，从而导致现在校园中形成了许多不和谐的画面，诸如乱丢果皮纸屑、课间活动秩序紊乱、追逐赶打现象严重、学生文明礼仪****惯差等。为了解决这一系列迫在眉捷的问题，在全校掀起一股“好****惯伴我行”的风气，经学校研究，决定在本期花大力气开展以学生的行为****惯养成教育为主的主题活动，结合本班学生实际和德育工作现状，拟订本方案，请遵照执行。
二、培养目标
以学生行为规范为重点，以学生学会做人、学会学****学会生活、学生审美、学会自控、学会发展为宗旨，以培养学生做一个有道德的人为目标，促进教师关注学生身心成长、关注学生课堂上的表现，关注学生的日常生活，逐渐使学生养成努力学****艰苦朴素、孝敬父母、关心集体、爱护公物、文明守纪、诚实守信、爱护环境的良好****惯。培养学生自立、自强、团结协作、辨别美丑
