桥街道工委党建工作制度
一、XX桥街道工委党建工作职责
（一）、宣传和执行党中央、市区委和街道工委的决议，组织带领干部和群众，努力完成街道所担负的工作任务。
（二）、讨论决定本街道城市管理、经济发展和社区建设中的重大问题。协调有关部门，动员各方力量，整合各类资源，服务社区群众，共同推进社区建设。
（三）、领导街道行政组织，支持和保证其依法充分行使职权；领导街道工会、共青团、妇联等群众组织，支持和保证其依照各自的章程开展工作；领导或指导社区党委和“两新”组织开展党建工作。  
（四）、抓好街道的思想政治工作、基层民主政治建设和精神文明建设等工作，加强社会治安综合治理，协调各方利益关系，维护社会稳定。
（五）、加强班子自身建设，充分发挥街道工委辖区领导核心的作用。
（六）、按照干部管理权限，负责干部的教育、选拔、管理和监督工作。协助上级有关职能部门做好其派出机构及其负责人的管理和监督工作。
二、太平桥街道社区党委党建工作职责
（一）、宣传和贯彻党的路线方针政策，认真执行党中央、市、区委、街道等上级党组织和社区党委的决定和决议，团结、组织党员、群众，努力完成社区各项工作任务。
