摘要
目前高校对计算机的应用越来越广泛。机房信息的管理方式也随之发生重大变革,机房信息化管理模式已经在实践中逐步得到完善并在全国高校内推广运用。机房信息化管理平台的开发与应用是高等学校机房信息管理现代化、科学化的需要。
近年来, 机房管理所涉及到的数据信息越来越多,越来越细,管理工作人员越来越少,时间要求越来越短,安全性能要求也越来越高。机房信息传统的操作方式和管理手段已不能适应高等学校管理形势发展的需要,管理工作的现代化必然要求机房信息管理的现代化。高质量的机房信息管理是高校整体发展决策的重要依据;机房信息提供的规模、质量、类别是管理员了解机房使用情况、教师了解教学成果和课程安排、学生了解上课信息以及相关资源的整合调剂决策的重要依据。根据机房信息管理的特点和要求,利用先进的计算机工具,建立和应用机房信息管理系统才能科学性的管理机房信息。
机房信息化管理平台主要是针对高校机房信息管理的各个环节进行信息化操作管理,如基础信息管理,用户管理,权限管理等。
本文描述该系统开发的整个过程,系统完全基于B/S架构设计,直观易操作。主要运用了,SQL Sever2008开发技术,基础信息,用户管理,权限管理,排课管理,卫生管理,公告管理,统计报表等模块完整的构建了该机房信息化管理平台。

Currently the university is widely applied to puter. Room management information also will be a major change, room information management model has been gradually improving in practice and in promoting the use of the National University. Room information management platform for application development and modernization of information management is a higher room and scientific needs.
