Objective 目标:

To provide a system of controlling Engineering expenses not directly related to repairs and maintenance.

Policy : 政策

An POM (Property Operations and Maintenance) Project Request form is to pleted for any work in excess
of $ not defined as repair or maintenance.
任何不属于维修的、总额超过500 美元的工作都必须填报《酒店运行和维修(POM )项目申报单》。

Procedure 程序:

1. A POM Request Form, as in Figure 1, is to pleted when any department requests maintenance services
for work in excess of $ that is not repair and maintenance of the existing facility.
任何部门在申请进行任何不属于对现有设施进行维修且金额超过500 美元的工作时必须填报《POM 申
报单》,1 参见图。

2. The department head is responsible pleting the top portion of the POM Project Request Form providing
as much detail as possible. Purpose and justification for the project request must be stated clearly and the
estimated cost determined.
各部门主管负责填写该申报单的上半部分,内容应尽量详实,应清楚注明申请项目之目的和宗旨以及
确定的预算费用。

3. The department head must obtain appropriate mittee member approval for the concept.
部门主管应负责征询执行董事会相关成员的意见,征得其对项目的概念性认可。

4. The mittee member must then obtain the General Manager’s signature for concept approval.
执行董事会相关成员必须征询总经理意见,与其就申报项目达成概念性共识,获得其签字批准。

5. Upon approval of the concept, the Hotel Engineer to determine material, labor and (if necessary) contractor
costs. The Hotel Engineer then reviews the project with the department head for accuracy and additional
information, if required
