甲方为协议项下货物的出口商， 乙方为本协议项下货物的用户。 甲、乙方经友好协商,
达成本协议：
Party A is the exporter: Party C is the end user. The above parties agree to agree to sig n the agreeme nt as followi ng clauses.
乙方从甲方暂时进口 1台P20系统和一个BSIU手表等到首尔韩国以供乙方试验示
范，使用完毕后会在六个月内复出口回上海退回甲方。
Party C is con sig ned by part C and import 1 set P20 system and a BSIU by-pass switch to Seoul,Korea from party A tran sitorily, for dem on strati on. We will re-export to Shan ghai Within 6 mon ths after using.
一、 进口货物名称、规格、数量

运输方式：
空运。乙方保证在检测完毕后将货物全部退回甲方公司。

三、 与此暂时进出口业务相关的港杂费、 报关费、商检费、仓储费、内陆运输费等费用
均由乙方承担。

四、 若因丙方原因造成滞港，滞箱、仓储等费用，由乙方承担。

五、 如乙方保证金未能按时给付而造成的滞纳、滞报、滞港等一切经济损失， 乙方付全
部责任。
