论民族经济法学经济分析方法的必然性
民族经济法学是以民族经济法律现象及其发展规律作为研究对象的一门交叉学科。它具有二重学科属性，一方面，它属于民族学的范畴，进一步讲，它是民族法学的重要组成部分。另一方面，它属于法学的范畴，是从属于经济法学的一个学科分支。从学科渊源上看，它是民族学、法学和经济学三门学科历史发展的结果，是三者的综合与分化。同时，作为一门独立的学科，民族经济法学有其基本的研究方法，即经济分析的方法。
一、经济分析的必要性
