文档介绍：±堂僮途塞生塞撞要中文摘要企业信息化是为了提高企业整体经营水平而将信息技术与先进的管理思想和方法综合运用的过程,对企业的组织结构有着重要的影响。企业信息化的核心内容是探讨如何将信息技术和企业的信息资源有效地运用到企业运作流程中去。本论文以企业信息化过程中组织结构的适应与发展问题为研究对象,从信息技术对组织结构的影响和组织结构如何适应企业信息化需要两个方面探讨了二者之间相互影响、促进的关系;在对企业信息化发展状况进行全面分析的基础上, 提出了基于信息化发展阶段的企业组织结构设计策略与问题跟踪。在企业信息化与企业组织结构相互关系的研究中,论文在分析了信息化目前的发展趋势与特点的同时,还分析了信息化对企业组织结构形态的影响因素以及组织结构形式的发展趋势;然后,在指明信息化大环境下企业组织结构发展方向的同时,一并讨论指出了企业组织改革过程中应注意的问题。本文认为,随着信息技术在企业的广泛应用,企业组织结构将在发展中不断完善。随着社会的不断进步,信息化对企业的影响也会愈来愈深入。企业信息化是一个由低到高的发展过程,在不同的发展阶段,信息技术对组织结构影响的内容与程度有所不同,因此,在对组织结构进行调整和组织变革时必须将其信息化发展阶段作为一个重要的参考依据;于此同时,企业在发展过程中也不能过度依赖信息化,应该在信息化过程中不断学习并找到动态最佳的组织结构,指引企业向更高的台阶迈进。关键词:企业信息化企业组织结构发展方向 j匕塞銮道太堂童些亟±堂僮论塞一一.△旦曼!&△g!
