摘要：目的：分析妊娠合并甲减患者临床诊疗方式及疗效。方法: 选取我院78例妊娠合并甲减患者（观察组）与甲状腺功能正常孕妇78例 （对照组），观察组及时诊断并积极治疗，对比2组妊娠结局。结果：观 察组剖宫产51例（%）,高于对照组的9例（%）, P<0. 05；观察 组各类妊娠合并症发生率均高于对照组（P〈）；对照组新生儿健康状 况良好、平均体重（3662±） g,观察组新生儿中甲状腺功能减退4 例、低体重儿2例，平均体重（3046±26） g,治疗组新生儿先天甲减等 发生率高于对照组，体重小于对照组（P<）o结论：妊娠合并甲减患 者更易出现各类妊娠合并症，及时诊断和积极治疗有助于改善妊娠结局、 避免先天性甲低新生儿的出现。

Abstract : Objective to analyze the pregnancy merge
