摘 要
探索农村生态环境保护及经济可持续发展的道路，促进生态村的建设，是一
项紧迫而又艰巨的任务。陕西的生态村建设整体起步较晚，对于生态村发展模式
的研究和实践都还处于探索阶段，尚未形成一套成熟且因地制宜的模式发展体系。
本论文通过对生态村及相关概念的界定和区分，运用区域经济学、聚落理论、
社会生态学、环境学等基本理论与方法，从生态人居、生态环境、生态产业、生
态文化四个维度对生态村发展模式进行构建，根据陕西省现有生态村的突出特色
及主导目标，进行入户访谈、实地调研，并查询大量陕西省生态村有关信息数据，
将现有的陕西生态村发展模式总结为：综合发展型、现代生态技术应用型、城郊
农家乐带动型、民俗文化依托型四种发展模式；并对各模式的发展特征进行比较
分析，剖析陕西省生态村模式发展过程中遇到的问题；在此基础上，借鉴欧美及
日本等发达国家生态村的建设经验，从环境、经济、社会三个层面提出促进陕西
省生态村模式发展的对策建议。

Abstract
The rural ecological environment protection, economic sustainable development
and eco-village construction need to be explored. As a whole, in Shaanxi, however, for
a variety of economic reasons, began work on its construction of eco-village at a
comparatively late date. Researches and practices of the eco-village development
models are still in the exploratory stage, and have not yet formed a mature model to the
eco-village development system.
The concepts of eco-village and related concepts were defined and divided with
theories of regional economics, communities, social ecology, environmental etc. Then,
constructing the eco-village development models from four dimensions of eco-habitat,
eco-industries, eco-environmental, eco-cultural based on these theories. According to
the prominent features and dominant target of the eco-village in Shaanxi, and using the
method of literature consulting, field investigating household interview, and inquiring
