2011年度领导班子述职述廉报告

按照市国土资源局的安排，现将2011年分局领导班子思想政治建设、重点工作落实、反腐倡廉建设情况报告如下，请各位领导和同志们考核评议。
2011年，全区国土资源工作在市国土局党组和区委、区政府的正确领导下，以科学发展观为指导，以“成事、会干、高效、廉洁、和谐”为总要求，紧紧围绕融合发展、工业强市和生态立市大局，坚持保护资源与保障发展两手并举，业务工作和廉政建设两不放松，积极主动服务，严格规范管理，全面提升国土资源服务、保障、管理能力，全面完成了年初确定的各项工作目标任务。
一、加强学****理清思路，科学谋划全年工作
坚持把解放思想、创新思路贯穿国土资源管理的各个方面，加强学****准确定位，科学谋划全年工作。
（一）注重学****着力加强干部队伍建设
建设学****型机关，既是时代召唤、发展要求，更是提高依法行政水平、干好本职工作的必然选择。多年来，我们在广大干部职工中始终倡导终身学****的理念，把学****作为一种政治责任、思想修养和精神追求。严格落实学****制度，制定学****计划，明确学****内容，体现学****效果，引领干部职工认真学****党的最新理论成果、政策动态和国土资源法律法规，及时掌握国家政策变化趋势，及时捕捉国土部门服务跨越式发展的政策机遇。通过学****实践，增强了干部职工的大局意识、发展意识和服务意识，提高了贯彻执行政策和落实科学发展观的坚定性和自觉性。
