一、摘要：
以交通作为主要影响因素进行分层抽样，以了解西安市大学生校内外餐饮消费状态，以帮助商家在餐饮投资方面提供参考依据。
二、调研目的：
1、了解目前大学生校外就餐消费行为及选择偏好；
2、了解大学生校内外餐饮分布的基本情况；
3、明确餐厅的定位及服务标准；与同类餐厅做比较，分析其竞争地位；
