内容摘要
本课题是在分析穿流式滚筒烘干机存在的问题,并介绍了穿流式滚筒烘干机的结构特点和工作原理,并依据该机的使用效果、实测数据和计算结论,说明该机无论在理论还是实践中都是一种高效、节能的理想烘干设备。该机工作时,物料和热气流依次进入内外筒体,在烘干机内作四散穿流,充分利用热能烘干物料后再卸出。该烘干机筒体部分由两个筒轴水平放置的内外套筒焊接组成,内筒均为直筒,这就使筒体的截面得到充分利用,~2倍。穿流式滚筒烘干机将以其结构紧凑、占地面积小、热效率高、投资省、适应性强、可改进性强、运转可靠、成本低、易控制等特点,为粮食、农副产品的烘干提供了一种较理想的烘干设备。

Abstract

1. 引言
毕业设计目的
运用所学过的基本理论、基本知识与基本技能去解决专业范围内的工程技术问题而进行的一次基本训练。这对学生即将从事的相关技术工作和未来事业的开拓都具有一定意义。
工作原理
毕业设计是学生完成本专业教学计划的最后一个极为重要的实践性教学环节,是使学生综合烘干机关工序之一是烘干过程中即采取高温措施,又使新鲜食品内含物迅速地转化,使其水份充分挥发体积缩小。
烘干机技术依据导热介质不同可分为金属导热,蒸气导热,空气导热,采用不同的导热介质可烘干不同的原料。
滚筒烘干机是利用金属导热连续烘干的设备,原料由送料口送入温度为 200 ~280°C的滚筒内随着外筒的作用,产生滚筒翻滚抛扬和前进三种运动,在筒内热空气及筒壁,原料的接触下,表面和内细胞的水分迅速汽化。
适用范围及优缺点
适用范围:可烘干各种山货.
优点:适用范围广,可改进性强、成本低、易控制、结构简单。
缺点:噪声大、不易清理内壁和烘干过程中不易直接观察食品烘干情况。
