文档介绍：摘要论文题目: 洛阳市农村剩余劳动力转移问题研究专业: 管理科学与工程研究生: 张金明指导教师: 刘溢海摘要河南提出要实现中原崛起,全面建设小康社会,而要实现中原崛起, 则意味着人均国内生产总值 2020 年比 2000 年翻两番以上,达到 3000 美元。实现这一目标,毫无疑问,重点和难点都在农村。未来十几年是一个战略机遇期,如何通过对河南农村剩余劳动力的现状进行分析,认清农村剩余劳动力转移中存在的问题,对城乡一体化与农村剩余劳动力转移问题进行研究,并提出农村剩余劳动力转移的战略对策就显得至关重要。本文以发展经济学、贫困经济学、短缺经济学、农业经济学、农村社会学、区域经济学等理论为依据,运用定性与定量相结合,综合运用文献与个案调查相结合,求同法与差异分析法相结合等多种方法,以洛阳市为例,在进行大量调查的基础上,通过对农村剩余劳动力转移的界定与相关理论述评,城乡一体化与农村剩余劳动力转移关系分析,洛阳市农村剩余劳动力转移的现状与特点把握,对洛阳市农村剩余劳动力数量进行的测算,和对农村剩余劳动力转移过程中的问题的进一步分析,提出了洛阳市加快农村剩余劳动力转移的战略思考与战略对策。关键词: 城乡一体化,农村剩余劳动力,转移论文类型: 应用研究 I 摘要 S u b j e c t : S t u d y o n t h e T r a n s f e r o f R u ral Surplus Labor in Luoyang S p e c i a l t y : M a n a g e m e nt Science and Engin eering N a m e : Z h a n g J i n m i n g S u p e r v i s o r : L i u Y i h a i ABSTRACT He na n Gov e r n me nt prese n ts the str a teg y of B ooming o f Ce ntr a l C h ina a n d Construction of a W e ll-o f f Societ y .
