基本药物制度实施情况汇报
国家基本药物制度是保障群众基本用药、减轻医药费用负担、缓解群众看病难看病贵、提高全民健康水平的基本保障制度。是突出惠民措施，提高服务水平的重要举措，现将我中心具体工作汇报如下：
一、基本药物制度工作相关任务完成情况、工作成效、经验做法。
1、加强领导。实施国家基本药物制度，是基层医疗机构回归公益性的重大改革举措。为保障这项新的惠民政策得到顺利实施，根据实际情况制定了综合配套医改实施方案，明确了各部门职责，形成了各司其职，齐抓共管的局面，保证了基本药物制度的实施。
2、加强宣传。基本药物制度是一项全新的制度，为了提高人民群众对基本药物的认知度和信赖度，采取了多形式多渠道的宣传方式，通过电视讲座、印发宣传资料、悬挂横幅、科技下乡、进村入户向群众宣传基本药物制度，让这项利民惠民政策，做到人人皆知。各基层医疗机构还通过基本药物价格公示栏、健康宣教窗口等，公布使用的基本药物品种、品规及价格。医务人员主动引导病人使用基本药物，减少制度实施过程中的矛盾，争取广大人民群众理解支持和积极参与。
3、确保基本药物的配备使用，报销政策执行到位。基本药物只有得到配备使用，制度才能有效运行，群众才能得到实惠。我市各基层医疗机构严格执行国家307种基本药物目录，和以省为单位增补
