Study on the Project of Reserve Talents Management
and Cultivation in State-owned Enterprises

Abstract — Based on the important carrier of speeding up the reserve of talents and strengthening
the training of reserve talents, this paper analyzes the management trainee program in state-owned
enterprises. Through studying on the implementation significance, practical application and existing
shortcomings of the management trainee program in state-owned enterprises, it can provide reference
for enterprises to implement the management trainee program, and really effectively promote the
construction of enterprise reserve talents.
