摘要
塔设备是化工、石油化工和炼油生产中最重要的设备之一。塔设备的性能,对于整个化工和炼油装置的产品质量及其生产能力和消耗额等均有较大影响。实现一种最经济、最容易的分离手段,是本次毕业设计的重点。
本设计通过回流量的调节恢复平衡,从而提高了塔的经济效益。为了适应起车时塔板上液量小及操作时塔板上液量不稳定的问题,精馏段采用浮阀塔板,由于浮阀塔板操作弹性大,降低了雾沫夹带,提高了传质效率和生产能力降低了蒸汽的消耗。由于塔底重油黏度大在提留段采用固舌塔板,采用这种塔板结构提高了塔的经济效益。
通过工艺计算,确定塔颈,塔板数,塔板间距等,水力学性能计算,确定他的操作弹性等,总体结构与局部结构的设计,强度设计计算及校核:① 塔身的强度计算及校核;②裙座的强度计算及校核;③有关塔设备设计的所有设计计算及校核。溢流方式及设计合理性进一步校核,采取局部结构改进,从而提高塔板效率,和塔的综合性能。并通过CAD制图画出塔设备主要结构,标出尺寸。

Abstract
The tower equipment is one of the most important equipment in the chemical, petrochemical and refinery performance of the tower equipment, have a greater impact for the entire chemical industry and oil refining equipment, product quality and its production capacity and consumption amount. To achieve the most economical and the easiest means of separation, is the focus of the graduate design.
This design is to restore balance back to the traffic regulation, thereby increasing the economic benefits of the tower.
