摘 要
伴随着大众健身需求的与日俱增，体育健身娱乐市场的繁荣，人们对健康给与的更多的关注和重视，以及人们生活水平的显着提高，“私人教练”便随之应运而生，并且迅速成为体育健身娱乐市场关注的一个焦点。在市场的庞大需求面前，健身私人教练队伍快速壮大。但是，由于这一新兴事物刚刚诞生不久，没有现成的适合中国国情的模式，而又发展过于迅速，因此这一行业在发展过程中出现了问题且对私人教练人才培养发展现状的研究具有一定意义。
所以本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法对襄樊的一些私人教练的培养发展进行了调查并发现：其面临着从业经历经验不足、专业经历不够知识能力亟待提高；私人教练对职业定位存在偏差；私人教练培训质量不高，证书市场混乱；私人教练职业发展缺乏政策法规的支持等。并提出以下建议：规范培训市场；完善评估体系和考核标准；加强行业自律，规范职业道德；与高校体育教育相结合，联合培养健身私人教练。

Abstract
In the modern society with fiercecompetition,people has attached great importance to thehealth，therefore，in our future life，fitness may become the ideal way of living,"personal trainer" then comes into being, and is rapidly becoming a focus of concern in the sports fitness entertainment market. Faced with the enormous requirement of the market,the team of personal instructor has grown greatly to becom one of the hottest professions in the 21st century. Howere , just becouse it is a neonatal thing , there is no suitable off-the-shelf model of China’s national conditions and its development advance too quickly,many problems left behind in the process of development. Therefore,regulating and developing the personal trianers of research has some significance.
