【摘 要】目的：探究补中益气颗粒联合盆底神经肌肉电刺激治疗对产后盆底损伤患者的护理作用。方法：从我院2016年7月至2017年1月间足月顺产的产妇中选择55例发生盆底功能损伤的患者作为对照组，在治疗中仅服用补中益气颗粒与常规护理方式对盆底损伤进行治疗；选择同期盆底功能损伤的患者55例作为研究组，在对照组治疗与护理方式的基础上联用神经肌肉电刺激治疗。统计两组患者的盆底肌力、SDS评分、SAS评分以及治疗效果。结果：应用不同的方法进行治疗后，研究组的盆底肌力显著高于对照组（P<）；研究组SDS评分、SAS评分显著低于对照组（P<）；研究组的治疗有效率显著高于对照组（P<）。结论：在产妇盆底损伤的治疗，补中益气颗粒与盆底神经肌肉电刺激联用具有比较好的治疗效果，在临床治疗中值得推广。

Abstract Objective：To investigate the nursing function of Buzhong Yiqi Pill combined with pelvic floor neuromuscular electrical stimulation on postpartum pelvic floor injury. Method： 55 parturients who went through full-term normal delivery in our hospital during July 2016 to January 2017 and suffered from pelvic floor injury were selected as control group. During the treatment process， only the Buzhong Yiqi Pill was used combined with conventional nursing mode； 55 patients with pelvic floor dysfunction during the same period were selected as the study group. Neuromuscular electrical stimulation was used in this group on the basis of the treatment method adopted in the control group. The pelvic floor muscle strength， SDS scores， SAS scores and treatment effects of both groups were ： After being treated with different methods， the pelvic floor muscle strength of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P<）； the SDS score and SAS score of the study group were significantly lower than that of the control group （P<）； the response rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P<）. Conclusion： In regards of the treatment of pelvic floor injuries， a better therapeutic outcome can be achieved from the combination of Buzhong Yiqi Pill and pelvic
floor neuromuscular electrical stimulation， which is worth promoting in clinic muscle strength； therapeutic effect
