反思性教学与教学反思
国家新一轮课程改革的实施，标志着我们的教学改革进入了一个全新的领域。这个领域为我们师生共同发展提供了广阔的空间，在这一空间中机遇与挑战并存。做为课程改革的实施者，如何更新自己的教育教学观念，如何改变自己的教育教学行为，抓住机遇迎接挑战，都是很值得思考的现实问题。《基础教育课程改革纲要》（试行）提出了本次课程改革的六项具体目标。在关于评价改革中，它强调建立促进教师不断提高的评价体系，尤其强调教师对自己教学行为的分析与反思。基于这样的理念，针对我们学校课程改革进行的实际情况，我们决定开展反思性教学研究活动。这项活动的开展促使我们对反思性教学进行了一定程度的学习和探讨。
