反思性教学与教学反思
国家新一轮课程改革的实施，标志着我们的教学改革进入了一个全新的领域。这个领域为我们师生共同发展提供了广阔的空间，在这一空间中机遇与挑战并存。做为课程改革的实施者，如何更新自己的教育教学观念，如何改变自己的教育教学行为，抓住机遇迎接挑战，都是很值得思考的现实问题。《基础教育课程改革纲要》（试行）提出了本次课程改革的六项具体目标。在关于评价改革中，它强调建立促进教师不断提高的评价体系，尤其强调教师对自己教学行为的分析与反思。基于这样的理念，针对我们学校课程改革进行的实际情况，我们决定开展反思性教学研究活动。这项活动的开展促使我们对反思性教学进行了一定程度的学****和探讨。
