一、选题依据
工程是施工企业效益的源泉，是建筑施工企业生产经营和管理的最基本单位，也是党建思想政治工作最关键的基础和平台。施工项目管理不能够背弃党建工作。良好的党建思想政治工作在一定程度上能够促进工程施工项目管理，提高项目生产效率。优秀的党建工作不仅能够陶冶工程项目员工的情操和品德，提高职工的基本素养，还能够从理论上保证施工企业物质文明和精神文明建设在社会主义建设道路上良性地发展。党建工作始终贯穿于我们工程施工项目管理当中。工程施工项目上的党建工作，主要就是用马列主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论；以及党的会议精神，对项目成员进行思想教育，让广大群众树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观，使广大职工能够认识到自己在项目中的地位，并且能够发挥出积极的作用，把自己的日常生产工作和工程项目的施工、企业的成长、社会的进步密切结合起来，进而在一定程度上发挥出主人翁的创造以及主动性，以一种积极的正能量来
