内镜逆行阑尾炎治疗术治疗急性阑尾炎的研究进展

[摘 要] 急性阑尾炎是常见的急腹症，目前主要的治疗方法是阑尾切除和保守治疗。2012年，受内镜逆
行胰胆管造影术(endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography，ERCP)治疗急性化脓性胆管炎
的启发，中国学者刘冰熔创新性地提出内镜逆行阑尾炎治疗术(endoscopic retrograde appendicitis
therapy，ERAT)治疗急性阑尾炎，在国内外引起极大关注并得到推广和研究。
