执 业 总 结
转眼间不平凡的2008年过去了。在过去的一年里，我室认真开展执业人员的医德医风教育和业务技术学习，创造和谐的氛围，树立以人为本、全心服务于人的思想观，受到社会的好评。
过去的一年里，我室能服从上级安排，参加院组各项义务活动，按时完成院组安排的任务。
过去的一年，按上级要求，设有诊断室、药房、注射室、观察室等，配备必要的诊疗设施（听诊器、血压计、压舌板、储槽、大小方盘等各1个，体温计5支），制定各种制度（财务管理制度、执业人员工作责任制、药品管理制、消毒管理制等）。
过去的一年，我室执业人员认真学，对病人细心诊疗、耐心解释，做到治病先治心。一年来未出现过任何大小医疗纠分和医疗安全事故，为保障病人用药安全，认真搞好勤购勤销正规进货渠道，建立药品效期一览表。
在欢乐的氛围中迎来了新的一年。为新的一年更好服务于人，我室一定认真对待上级对我室的考评。

我村卫生室位于村部中心地段。我村总人口数约1920人，医务室占地面积为150m2，建筑面积为100m2，业务用房面积为80m2。现有独立的诊断室、药房、注射室、观察室，病床2张，输液架3台，资料柜1个，药品200余种，医士2名。
在各级政府和卫生行政部门的领导下，医务室执行着各种预防保健、防病治病、防疫宣传、疫情上报，对社会服务对象的诊治起着重要的作用。
新型农村合作医疗经过近两年的运行，使广大农民群众得到了更多的实惠。我村参加新型农村合作医疗人数约1500人，共缴获22500
