文档介绍:摘要市场经济的本质是诚信经济,诚信既是市场经济的内在规律性,又是市场经济的外在行为准则。在现代市场经济中,诚信不仅是够维护市场秩序,平衡经济行为主体利益的经济伦理约束,而且能够降低企业的交易成本,提高市场效率,增强企业的竞争力。诚信在发挥伦理道德作用的同时,也有著自身的经济属性,在企业竞争力的形成机制中发挥重要作用,诚信是企业无形的重要资产和资源。因此,企业在制定竞争力策略时必须以诚信为构筑核心. 本文在肯定诚信伦理性的同时,重点研究其经济性及价值,通过静态和动态博弈分析、实证研究,说明诚信对企业竞争力要素和形成机制的作用。为了更好的对企业的诚信、竞争力状况予以衡量和评价,我们设计了诚信评价指标体系,通过对企业系统和企业能力的若干指标综合评价,利用因素相关分析确定不同指标的权重,等级确定企业的诚信程度。本文深入透彻分析了我国企业诚信缺失的原因及国外企业诚信建设的经验借鉴,提出了我国构建以诚信为核心的企业竞争力策略。对我国的诚信建设和企业竞争力的构建具有指导作用和意义。关键词:诚信:竞争力;核心竞争力;诚信管理中图分类号:C939 The oftheMarket·economy isthegood-faith good-faith not only istheMarket·-economy's intrinsicregularity,also istheMarket··economy's external behavior market,the good—faith not only issuffices tomaintain themarket order,ethics restrainttobalance the benefitoftheeconomic activitiesmainbody,moreover call reduce the enterprise thetransaction cost,enhance themarketefficielicy,enhance the enterprise’Scompetitive -aith can display ethicsmoralsfunction,also has own economical the vitalroleinthe petitive power formation -faith istheenterprise、S invisible important property and enterpdse when petitive power strategy must take the good—faith as the eonstructioncore.
