设计阶段高标准铁路混凝土
工程造价的确定与控制

摘要:混凝土工程造价在高标准铁路总投资中占有较大比重,在设计阶段对其造价的确定和控制对提高设
计概算的准确度有着重要作用。通过对混凝土施工规范和质量验收规范的分析,指出高标准铁路混
凝土必须采用工厂及搅拌站集中拌制的施工方案;并对设计阶段混凝土搅拌站的设置、原材料供应
运距计算进行了分析;对混凝土搅拌站大临工程费用进行了测算。此文还指出了目前混凝土工程施
工组织设计及概算编制存在的问题,并提出具体的参考意见。

Abstract: The p roportion of concrete engineering cost paratively great in the total investment of the high
standard railway. The determ ination and control of its cost p lay an important role in imp roving the accu
racy of the design estimate in the design phase. Through the analysis of concrete construction specifica
tions and quality accep tance specifications, this article points out that the construction scheme of central
ized concrete m ixing at p lant and station must be adop ted for the high standard railway. Analysis is also
performed on the layout of the concrete m ixing stations and putation of the raw material supp ly
haul distance with the heavy temporary works of concrete m ixing stations measured and calculated. This
