文档介绍：ABSTRACT This thesis is a research on a Improvement based on the theory ofLean Production forimproving production efficiency method of system analysis thatqualitative analysis integrated with quantitative analysis was adopted,and the theories and methods of industrial engineering and Lean Manufacturing taking factorylayout asexample,it was dissertated systematically ofcontinuous improvement process activity,by which the layout inproduction cell logistics,process flow,production line balance,the strategy of self-manufacturing and out—manufacturing of the products etc was analyzed and optimized,.Thereafter,many wasters and added works were eliminated,WIP andmanufacturing cycle timewere production model of one—piece-flow themodel ofKanban Production,the production model ofpush Was changed totheproduction model ofpull,which enhanced productive efficiency roundly,reduced cost and reinforced petitive power ,the thought ofleanproduction bined withtheprinciples ofworld-class factory theapplication of brainstorm,the current layout,material flow,production process was analyzed, whereafter thebottleneck ofinfluenced efficiency Was discovered,and put forward theexecution oftheproposals,achieving thetarget ofimproving efficiency anddecreasing cost.
