(2)There is averyevident contrast bc42weellthecolorofthe character inthearmy vehicle plate and is avery obvious change inthepixel leveloftheplate,but there is not obvious change intheforeground number ofthe character oftheplate islimitand thereisfixeddistancebetween the thesc锄ofthe emergence ofthisdistance should bemany times,but thissituation cannot happen outthe can make a rigorand efficient means byrecognizing theposition ofthe licenseplate. (3)We divide the character by using the transcendent information recognize the characters byusing thetempletmatching and bination improve thearithmetic ofthetemplet establishand thetempletmatching SOthatwecanadvance therecognition adaption andrapidness. (4)We analyze the inner dateform oftheMadab and theimage format;we use the Matlab todotheemulator experiment ofthearmy licenseplatelocating,dividing,and character recognition result oftheexperiment indicatesthatthe effectionoftheLicensePlatoRecognition iswell.
