摘要:国内甲烷氯化物工程项目中广泛使用 BFe30 - 1 - 1换热器,有些换热器采用双管板结构。由于结构的特殊性,
深孔强度胀接技术和检验手段是制造双管板换热器的重点和难点,采用液压胀接技术及可行的装配顺序是解决深孔强度
胀接和检验的关键。

Abstract:Copper N ickel alloy heat exchangers were used abroadly in methane chloride p roject in China. Double tubesheet
was adop ted by some special heat exchangers. The technology of deep hole strength expansion and inspection were the vital and dif
ficult in fabricating double tubesheet heat exchangers. By app lication of hydraulic expansion and unique assemble, the difficulties
can be resolved.
