Abstract : An introduction is focused on the ice blockage malfunction of air channel in high pressure plate fin heat
exchanger in a 15000m3 / h air separation unit employing an pression process. The procedure of cause
detection , as well as treatment measures , is analyzed and summarized in details.

分设备由开封空分集团有限公司生产, 采用分子筛 3
15000m / h 空分设备自 2003 年 5 月 23 日启动
吸附净化、膨胀空气进下塔、氧和氩内压缩、氮气
后, 除调试过程中处理一些小故障之外, 运行工况
外压缩流程, 制氩系统采用全精馏无氢制氩工艺。
一直保持稳定。2003 年 6 月 19 日 22∶00 , 膨胀机进
配套的空压机、增压机、膨胀机和高、低压板翅式
口压力出现下降趋势, 6 月 20 日工况急剧恶化,
换热器均为进口产品。
膨胀机进口压力明显下降并且无法控制, 导致空分
冷箱内高压板式单元为正流高压空气、膨胀空
设备无法正常运行, 被迫停车。
气、返流中压氧气、中压氩气、氮气换热, 低压板
6 月 19 日前, 空分设备各部位工艺参数均正
式单元为正流空气、返流氮气、污氮气、压力氮
