围绕工作中心 突出四个重点
不断推进党建工作规范化建设
中共千山区城乡建设管理局委员会
千山区城建局党委下设10个党支部（总支），现有党员215名，其中正式党员176名，预备党员39名。近年来，局党委在区委、区政府的正确领导下，坚持“新城建设，城建先行”理念，紧紧围绕工作中心，全面加强党的思想、组织和作风建设，突出四个重点，不断推进党建工作规范化建设。
   一、完善组织机构，开拓党建工作新起点
千山区城建局党委始终注重完善党的基层组织机构，努力打造组织健全、设置合理、关系明确、工作有力的组织体系，充分发挥基层党组织战斗堡垒作用。
加强基层党支部建设。打牢组织基础，全面建设才能上得去。只有支部过硬，基层才能过硬。堡垒要坚强，支部书记是柱石。局党委下设10个党支部（总支），其中5个党支部配备专职支部书记，1个支部配备专职副书记；4个党支部由分管副局长担任支部书记。每个支部根据自身实际情况，划分成若干个党小组，切实做到支部书记职业化、支部建设规范化、组织生活经常化，真正发挥基层党支部战斗堡垒作用。近年来，各支部班子讲民主、重团结、成绩突出。环卫处被评为全市文明窗口先进单位；园林所被评为全市社区满意工作先进单位；局机关被评为全市精神文明建设先进单位；
