换热器强化传热技术的研究进展

摘要介绍了被动式强化传热技术的研究进展, 简述了典型和新型传热元件的开发和应用,
针对换热器传热管表面处理技术, 管的内插件和管束支撑结构的发展状况展开分析和论述;
探讨了强化传热技术的发展方向, 数值模拟和场协同原理技术的应用使换热器结构趋于最优
化, 强化传热技术由单一型向复合型方向发展, 逐渐形成第三代传热技术。

Progress in study on technology of heat transfer enhancement
for heat exchanger

Abstract Progress in study on technology of heat transfer enhancement was introduced, development
and app lication of typ ical and new type heat ponents were described briefly, and the devel
opment status of the technology of heat exchange tube’s surface treatment, tube p lugged - in objects and
tube bundle support were analyzed and studied. The development direction of heat transfer enhance
ment was discussed. The app lication of numerical simulation and field synergy p rincip les made the
structures of heat exchanger op tim ized, the technology of heat transfer enhancement developed from
single pound and gradually formed the third - generation of heat transfer technology.
