换热器管箱隔板损坏原因分析及改进

摘要: 通过分析天然气净化装置中换热器的工艺流程、结构以及换热器的损坏情况,结合天然气水
合物的形成条件,指出天然气水合物引起的冻堵是净化装置中 U 形管换热器管箱隔板变形、断裂
的原因,并由此提出了防止其管箱隔板损坏的方法和措施。

Abstract : By analyzing t he structure ,technologic process and damaged stat us of heat exchanger
used in gas p urifying unit ,combining wit h t he existing conditions of gas hydrate ,it is pointed out
t hat the freeze blockage caused by gas hydrate result s in t he distortion and crack of t ube case baf
fle of U tube heat exchanger. Finally some measures to prevent or reduce t he damage of tube case
baffle are put forward as well.

天然气净化装置是石油天然气生产中重要的生

产装置之一,其主要任务是在一定的温度、压力下将
天然气中的水分、重组分及杂质脱出,为下游用户提 A 、B 净化装置 2 组 U 形管换热器均为同一厂
供洁净的天然气。U 形管换热器作为天然气净化家生产,在生产过程中没有出现过超出设计参数的
装置的常用设备之一,其正常运行与否将直接关系情况。
到天然气净化装置的正常运行以及能否及时给下游 A 净化装置 U 形管换热器组型号为 LU1 000 ×
