智能换热器经济运行的监控装置

摘要:论述了一种以监测、神经网络和一体化工作站为核心,具有智能监控功能为特征的高
效经济运行换热器的监控装置。通过实时检测换热器冷、热两侧流体运行的有关参数,经过遗传算
法优化计算求得其最佳的经济流速。在智能化的实时监控和变频调速下,使换热器能够在除垢期
内逼近设计时的高效换热点经济安全运行,并为设备的预知维修和节能减排提供可靠的技术保证。

Abstract :This paper studies a monitoring device of high efficiency and economical running intelligent heat ex
changer which includes monitor , work and industrial workstation By online real - time monitoring
the related parameters of the cold and hot twin side liquid running of heat exchanger ,economical liquil velocity
