摘要: 分析了板翅式换热器在天然气露点装置应用中出现的问题,指出了板翅式换热器在应用中
的注意事项,提出了通过实际生产运行数据核算判断其换热状况、堵塞现象及堵塞程度的方法。

The Application and Failure Analysis of Plate f in Heat Exchanger in Gas Processing

Abstract : The plate fin heat exchangers are widely used in t he fields of chemistry ,air separa
tion ,aviation and so on for t heir superior heat transfer performance and sound configuration char
acteristics. While practical application in gas processing has shown t hat plate fin heat exchanger
request s rigorous service conditions. Cases of plate fin heat exchangers applied in gas processing
have been analyzed ,and point s for attention have been p ut forward according t he result s. The ex
amples have also demonstrated that t he heat transfer efficiency and t he blocking of a heat ex
changer can be determined t hrough investigating operation data ,and as the result to determine
whet her t he plate fin heat exchanger needs cleaned or not .
